2 years Instructor Training under the guidence of Ben Patrick’s (aka Knees Over Toes’ guy - Athletic Truth Group) philosophies and techniques and many years of practice have taught me the biggest keys to longterm functional physical health is mobility, and more specifically, strength mobility training (STD).

You need to know not just the right movements but also how to progressively overload them, so you can grow stronger and lets be honest not get bored of doing them.
