Using the OPEX methodology and programming, we track real progress—not guesswork—using data and personalized feedback. Unlike group programs, your plan is built around your goals, body, nutrition, movement patterns, and injury history for results that last and keep you in the flow.

Strength Mobility Clinics

Utlizing the ATG Methodology (developed by Ben Patrick aka Knees Over Toes Guy), the mobility clinics focus on SMT to strengthen the ligaments and tendons around the major joints as well as the muscles that support them. By doing this we are able to massively enhance our bodies capabilities, avoid injuries, and learn to live a pain free and active life. We call this connective tissue dominance. Clinics are broken into Lower Body (low back, hips, knees, ankles and Upper Body) and Upper (Low back, shoulders and arms)*

*Clinics can be booked as one-to-one or up to ten people.
